Located in the upscale Office Park on Perkins Road, we opened in May of 2005, catering to Areas 5 and 6-South of Baton Rouge. Our coverage areas take in Country Club of Louisiana, Lakes at Highland, Riverbend, University Gardens, Stanford Place, Pollard Estates, Kenilworth, Bluebonnet Area, Garden District, Southdowns, Oak Hills, University Club Plantation, Windermere, Willow Grove, Tara, Westminister, Briarwood Estates, Santa Maria, Jefferson Terrace, Bocage, Jefferson Place, Goodwood, Capital Heights, Steele Place, Pine Park, Parlange, Westdale Heights, Westdale, Bluebonnet Terrace, and Springlake. The Perkins Road Office will house 20-25 Sales Associates.
